Barbara Deleon Perez

Barbara was very friendly, responsive, and handled all my concerns professionally. She was very transparent and straightforward, which I found helpful.

Barbara was attentive and tailored her search to my specific requirements. She was very professional throughout my search. I would highly recommend her for your property search.

Barbara was very responsive and helpful from the time I reached out to her for the first time to handing over the keys to the apartment when I moved in. I had a lot of questions, and she was very patient in making sure I got all the information I needed. I give her 4 and not 5 stars because of some bad experiences I have been having with my unit and the building management overall. I wish there had been more transparency on the people I would have to deal with after I move in, before I made my decision. Barbara herself, I have no complaints with.

Barbara is amazing! Professional, courteous, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. She helped us negotiate with the landlord of the place we wanted, and even after we moved in, she was there for us. We are happy in our new apt, and whenever the next move comes up, we will contact her first!

Barbara was so great to work with! She was very helpful and truly went out of her way to help me with all of the questions I had. I definitely felt like I was in good hands, and I am very happy in my new apartment she helped me find.
