Barbara was very responsive and helpful from the time I reached out to her for the first time to handing over the keys to the apartment when I moved in. I had a lot of questions, and she was very patient in making sure I got all the information I needed. I give her 4 and not 5 stars because of some bad experiences I have been having with my unit and the building management overall. I wish there had been more transparency on the people I would have to deal with after I move in, before I made my decision. Barbara herself, I have no complaints with.
